The Yayasan MENDAKI Study Loan Scheme is an interest-free loan scheme. It is open to all Muslim Singaporeans/ Singapore permanent residents. It is to part-finance students who are pursuing full/part-time diploma or full-time degree course, both at government, or accredited private tertiary institutions.
Student must have gained unconditional admission to attend the course of study in institutions that are Edutrust Star & Edutrust Certified. Loans will be approved for the whole duration of study in EduTrust Star & EduTrust Certified institutions. Check the institution’s Edutrust status at https://www.ssg.gov.sg/cpe/pei.html.
TTFS is a scheme introduced in 1991 as an education subsidy for *Malay students which covers their tuition fees at local government tertiary institutions. It is established through an annual government grant for Yayasan MENDAKI to administer..
Student and one of the parents must be a Singapore Citizen or a Permanent Resident of Singapore. Student’s monthly household per capita income (PCI) must not exceed $2,000.
